Each Clinical Research Organization (CRO) is given the rights to access their own data and enter remotely at their site via the MSN Research Directory Web Application.

How to access the MSN Research Directory Web Application

1. Register your organization as a Responsible Party with the MSN Team.
2. Fill in the Authorisation List form for the purpose of access control to receive your username and password. Click here to download Authorisation List form (in PDF Format) .

Security

1. The Authorisation List must be signed and chopped by the CRO Person in charge / Monitor / Study PI or Dr in charge.
2. Please submit the completed form via Feedback page.

Each authorised user is required to read through and understand the Security Policy for MSN Research Directory Web Application before being authorised to access the application. This is to ensure that users play an active role in ensuring security of data at their level.
